Meet Your Consultant

Hi, I’m Nick, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and the founder of Waypoint Behavioral Consulting. I hold a master’s degree in exceptional student education with a focus in applied behavior analysis and have over 10 years of experience supporting children and families across home, school, and community settings.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with families navigating a wide range of behavior challenges, and I’ve seen how overwhelming it can feel when you’re not sure what to do next. That’s what led me to create Waypoint—to provide clear, practical guidance that fits into everyday life.

As a husband and a father of two, I understand firsthand how busy and demanding family life can be. That perspective shapes how I work. I focus on strategies that are realistic, sustainable, and designed to be consistently applied over time.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, but always tailored to your unique situation. The goal isn’t perfection, it’s helping you feel more confident, supported, and equipped to create lasting progress.

Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids, exploring the outdoors, and playing basketball. I’m also an avid fisherman.

My Approach

A desk with a brown paper cup holding pens and pencils, a clock with black hands, an open notebook with a pen, and various papers and folders.

My work is focused on practical, real-life strategies that reduce stress and create meaningful progress. I believe support should feel collaborative, clear, and realistic—not overwhelming or overly clinical.

The goal isn’t perfection—it’s helping families feel more confident and supported in their day-to-day lives.

If you’re looking for clear, practical support, I’d be happy to connect.
